๐ŸŒˆMy feet are killing me, Iโ€™m starving, and sweatyโ€ฆ.. but my first time being in the Pride Day Parade was spectacular!!! Talk about everyone being welcoming, kind, and full of energy. And, I got to represent and carry the flag of my beautiful El Salvador!! Next year itโ€™ll be Mexico cause I got be fair. Lol

At one point, a tiny little girl ran up to me and gave me a sticker that made my tears fall. I included a pic.

Today was one for the books! What an honor to work for FusionFest and truly be a part of something bigger than all of us.

From now until the end of the year, I will be exploring every yoga studio and class I can find in Orlando. I want to start 2023 with a short list of favorite classes that I can focus my time on. So, if you have a favorite studio or class that you would like to recommend, please do so!

Today I will be checking into Project 7 Yoga and Iโ€™m super excited!

Anyone is welcome to join me in my research. But I am in no way an advanced yoga practitioner - and I havenโ€™t been going consistently this year. So donโ€™t feel intimidated if you are new to yoga or feeling rusty. ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

When people find out I manage the marketing and social media accounts for some incredible companies, usually, the first question they ask me is, โ€œwhen is the best time to post on Facebook?โ€

I run my business based on facts, stats, metrics, and proof - Iโ€™m a total numbers nerd - so here you go!

โ€ข Best day is Wednesday
โ€ข Best times to post - Wednesday 11 am and 1 pm
โ€ข Weekdays from 9 am - 3 pm will get the most consistent engagement
โ€ข Mornings and evenings before 7 am and after 5 pm each day get the lowest engagement
โ€ข People are more likely to engage mid week from mid-morning to mid-afternoon
โ€ข Sunday is the worst day

Here is my suggested schedule:

Monday: 1 PM, 2 PM, 3PM
Tuesday: 1 PM, 2 PM, 3PM
Wednesday: 11 AM, 1 PM
Thursday: 5 PM, 8PM
Friday: 11 AM

I definitely suggest testing this out with YOUR audience, different businesses will have different results based on a plethora of factors. One of the first things I do with my clients is an audit or analyses to determine the best schedule and strategy moving forward.

๐Ÿ So excited - itโ€™s finally October!!! I love to celebrate the beginning of ๐™š๐™ซ๐™š๐™ง๐™ฎ month and on the first day of each I select one word of inspiration, focus, and manifestation.

Today, my word for October is ABUNDANCE. I invite and welcome abundance into ALL the areas of my life.

To close the month Iโ€™m tentatively planning a trip to Mexico City to celebrate the Day of the Dead. Itโ€™s been a bucket list item for way too long. Iโ€™m half Mexican and so proud of the art, music, history, and heart behind this tradition. And Iโ€™m really craving delicious street tacos!! ๐Ÿคค
