Chef Matt, Foodie I started in the culinary field in 1984 at McDonald's. And since then have been in the food industry I started in the food industry in 1984 with McDonalds.

I worked with food in various businesses(sales, fast food, pizza, family style, fine dining) until 1999 when, at 32, I began Culinary School at International Culinary Academy at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. During that time I worked at Three Rivers Stadium until my externship in Orlando. After that was completed, I went to work for Walt Disney World for 16 years. Then it was off to Bob Evans, Perkins and Applebees as well as Universal Studios Florida. I love eating and I love food. It is LIFE.
