Chef Matt, Foodie I started in the culinary field in 1984 at McDonald's. And since then have been in the food industry I started in the food industry in 1984 with McDonalds.

I worked with food in various businesses(sales, fast food, pizza, family style, fine dining) until 1999 when, at 32, I began Culinary School at International Culinary Academy at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. During that time I worked at Three Rivers Stadium until my externship in Orlando. After that was completed, I went to work for Walt Disney World for 16 years. Then it was off to Bob Evans,

Perkins and Applebees as well as Universal Studios Florida. I love eating and I love food. It is LIFE.

By recommendation, I went to this place in Silver Springs called Mocha's. After having a superb eclair, I wanted to try a sandwich. I had the grilled chicken with fries. I was told(by the staff) that it wasn't their best sandwich...it was delicious!!!!! Everything was spot on. Going back tomorrow for a breakfast sandwich and see if they can top it!!

Went to Ker's Winghouse last week and it was awesome. See ice and food was on point.

Well, I went to McDonald's for my ritual Shamrock shake, I also got the new Big Arch as well. And while the shake was as good as ever, the Big Arch was less than exemplary. It was 'ok', to be honest, I wish I had gotten the Deluxe QP instead. It was good for the size and the messiness factor was on point, the flavor was, meh. I guess I was expecting more.
