If I’m being honest this season of life feels very chaotic but I’m incredibly proud of myself for staying consistent with my morning movement! 💕🙌🏾 I finally realized that the first thing I do each day needs to be for me! 🥹

daily steps and hitting my lifts 3x a week so I can be the strongest version of myself!! 💪🏾
