Tamara is the visionary behind the scenes, crafting the marketing and storytelling that connects our community and builds the excitement.
Shanna brings the heart of the Caribbean to every dish, with flavors that capture the soul of the islands. Together, they stay in their lanes—Tamara with the creativity and connections, and Shanna with her culinary magic—forming a partnership that celebrates the Caribbean as one.
