🍋Buttery and bright lemon & rosemary shortbread cookies with a tart burst of fresh cranberry, and made gluten free with almond flour. A biteful of happiness, and yeah it made my day!

It was the summer of 1988, Terence Trent D’Arby topped the charts and I was vacationing on the island of Paros in Greece with my girlfriends. There was a beach where all the surfers would go because it’s always windy on that side of the island. At the end of the beach was a guy with long wavy beach hair who wore nothing but a sarong, selling nothing but omelets out of a little makeshift shack. The wind would gust, blow his sarong up, he was just chilling, making his omelets, completely unaffected, not a care in the world. I remember thinking 2 things: 1) these omelets were the best I’d ever had, and 2) this guy had life figured out. A few decades later, I’m still replicating his Greek omelet and considering leaving it all behind for an omelet shack on a beach and life in a sarong… .
Greek Omelet: Diced onions, peppers, tomatoes sauteed in a generous pour of Greek olive oil, fresh eggs, feta, and a sprinkle of dried oregano.

🍂It's finally Fall, and I'm so ready! I'm craving the earthy flavors and colors, the warm spices, cooler mornings, all of it! Whipped up a cozy autumn supper to welcome in the most sensuous of seasons; turkey tenderloin with pancetta, red onion, apricots and fresh herbs; hasselback baked potatoes with garlic butter and maldon sea salt; fresh corn on the cob and of course I had to go for a loaded apple crumble! Are you feeling it yet? 🦃🍎🌽🌿

🌸Decoupage Easter egg decorating is the prettiest Easter hack ever! Looks super fancy but it's actually quite simple. Use the top 1-ply of any floral paper napkin, cut around each flower, lightly "glue" the tissue flowers onto hard boiled eggs (pre-dyed or not) with whisked egg white, using your finger or a small brush to apply. Allow to dry on a wire rack and voila! 🌼🌿
