GranArepa is a family owned and operated business calling Central Florida home for the last 25 years

Gran Arepa is a family owned business that came from simple beginnings with a family recipe handed down across generations and brought to New Jersey in 1990. Founder, Consuelo "Connie" Leon, came to the United Stats at the age of 14 from Colombia. The middle daughter of 10 children, Connie was no stranger to the kitchen, owning her own restaurant in pursuit of the American dream. She later moved to Central Florida in 1992 with her three young children, bringing along with her this family recipe to share at local art shows and festivals. For the last 25 years Connie has strived to provide a taste of her Colombian heritage with beloved customers, both old and new.

Our Shredded Chicken Arepa isn’t here to compete… she already won. 🏆💛

Tender chicken, peppers, onions + our signature flavors, all packed into that golden corn goodness.
