Simple shrimp taco recipe 😋
• Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
• Avocado
• Jalapeño
• Red onion
• Cilantro
• Lime
• Corn tortillas

Guacamole Spread:
• Avocado
• Lime juice
• Salt
• Chopped red onion
• Cilantro

How To Make It
1. Season shrimp lightly and cook in a hot pan until pink and slightly charred.
2. Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, onion, and cilantro to make guacamole.
3. Warm corn tortillas.
4. Assemble tacos with guacamole spread, shrimp, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
5. Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve immediately.

• Sourdough bread
• Butter or olive oil
• Ripe avocado
• Lemon juice
• Salt & black pepper
• Bacon
• Eggs


👨‍🍳 How To Make It
1. Toast sourdough in a pan with butter or oil until golden and crispy.
2. Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
4. Cook eggs to your preference (runny yolk recommended).
5. Spread avocado on toast, add eggs and bacon.

Ingredients:
• Beef patties
• Pepper jack cheese
• Large onion
• Onion powder, black pepper, & salt
• Oil

How I made it:
• Slice onion thick and fry until golden on both sides
• Sear patties in a hot pan
• Flip, add cheese
• Stack patties cheese-to-cheese
• Sandwich between the fried onions

INGREDIENTS⬇️
• Steak
• Thai chili pepper
• Onion
• Basil
• Cilantro
• Mint
• Lime
• Fish sauce
• Toasted rice (ground)



🧑‍🍳 HOW TO
1. Season steak lightly
2. Sear in a hot pan until browned on both sides.
3. Let steak rest — don’t skip this.
4. Toast uncooked rice until golden, then grind it.
5. Slice Thai chili and onion thin.
6. basil, cilantro, and mint.
7. Mix fish sauce with fresh lime juice.
8. Slice steak against the grain.
9. Toss steak with herbs, chili, onion, dressing, and ground rice.
10. Finish with more lime if needed.

• Chicken thighs
• Salt & black pepper
• Garlic
• Butter
• Heavy cream
• Parmesan (fresh grated)
• Pasta (fettuccine or choice)

👨‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP
1. Season chicken generously
2. Sear on medium heat until golden, remove
3. Lower heat → butter + garlic
4. Add cream slowly
5. Simmer, don’t boil
6. Add parmesan gradually
7. Toss pasta + chicken back in
