Elizabeth’s Whisk is turning one year old next week. 🥹
As I look back and reflect on the last year, it has truly been filled with so much joy, love, and amazing opportunities… I’ve learned so many new things and really grown both as a baker and a person. I’ve met some amazing humans along the way, from customers to fellow small business owners and I’m so lucky and grateful to have found such an amazing group of individuals that I know I can trust and lean on who truly want to see me succeed in this business, and vice versa. It’s been such a humbling journey.
I started this business having absolutely no idea what I was doing. Just a girl with a dream, wanting to continue my late aunts legacy and spread love the best way that I know how… through food. 🤍
Most days I still struggle navigating how to balance being a business owner, sister, daughter, aunt, friend, and fiancée all at once. But at the end of the day no one can be perfect all of the time and I try to remind myself to just show up exactly as I am every day and work as hard as I can. This life wasn’t simply handed to me, I worked hard for it and I deserve to enjoy it.
So anyway, I just wanted to share this sentiment and express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for every person who has liked, commented, shared, purchased, or simply just walked by and smiled at an event. Any way that you have supported me means the world… more than I could ever express into words and I can’t wait to continue to offer great things for you all.
Cheers to one year, and hopefully many more to come. 🥂✨
