🍅🌶️ Garden-Fresh Salsa Time! 🌶️🍅

Fresh from the garden and headed straight into homemade salsa!

I roast my tomatoes first—that’s my favorite way to make salsa and it gives it such a delicious, rich flavor. ❤️

Canning salsa is actually pretty easy, and the best part is you get to choose your heat level: mild, medium, hot… or Carolina Reaper HOT! 🔥🤣🌶️

I make a batch every year for my hubby, and nothing beats opening a jar of homemade garden salsa later in the year.

Garden → roasted → canned → enjoyed all year long! 🍅🫑🧅🌶️

It really is HONEY TIME! 🍯🐝 There’s something so satisfying about spinning those frames and watching that beautiful fresh honey pour out. All those busy bees finally showing off what they’ve been working on all season!

Fresh-from-the-hive honey is hard to beat. 💛
