What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Think of it as becoming a member of our farm for the growing season. You sign up ahead of time, which helps us buy seeds, start plants in our greenhouse while snow still covers the ground, and plan how much to grow for our members. As the season unfolds, you receive boxes filled with what’s fresh from our gardens.
At Grupido Country Living Farm, your share connects you to more than produce. We grow herbs for tea blends and make jams, jellies, and soaps that bring a little more of the farm into each box. We also raise laying hens, chickens, and turkeys, and care for bees that produce honey. Our poultry contributes to the farm’s natural cycle: we compost their manure before using it to nourish the garden soil.
Each box changes with the season and the harvest. You get to enjoy freshly picked food, discover what’s growing nearby, and see the farm you support come to life—from greenhouse seedlings in the snowy months to full gardens in summer.
When you join our CSA, you help a small local farm grow food using sustainable practices. And we get to grow it for you. 🌱
