Best chicken meal prep recipe!! 🤤

No oven, just another crock pot chicken recipe for you!

This was soooooo good!!
My husband and I kept grabbing pieces to eat more after dinner 😅

Throw this on a salad or in a wrap through the week and it'll change your life!

Ingredients:
-2 to 3 pounds of chicken breast or tenders.
-2 T Kinders grilled chicken seasoning
-1 T garlic powder
-1 T onion powder
-2 tsp pepper
-2 tsp paprika
-1/2 cup to 1 cup chicken broth

Cook on low for 6 hours and shred or high for 4 hours. 😃

Easy Crock-Pot chicken gravy 😃

What's your favorite chicken gravy recipe?

I needed something extremely easy with ingredients I already had.

This turned out so so good!! 🤤

Ingredients:
-3 pounds chicken breasts
-1 cup cream cheese
-1 can organic cream of chicken
-1 T Montreal Chicken seasoning or your favorite chicken seasoning
-2 T garlic powder
-2 tsp onion powder
-a couple splashes of chicken broth

Throw everything into crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours 😃 Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes

-tortillas
-taco sauce
-Siete Taco seasoning
-shredded cheese
-costco lime rice
-1 can Siete refried beans

I love my tuna salad recipe on these pretzels!!!

The ingredients aren't perfect but close to it! I've been on the hunt for a healthier option for pretzels for years.

The "organic" options are usually crap too but these are one step closer to "awesome".

We found these at Total Wine. 😃
