The Honey Hut is STOCKED! We’ve been busy making some new products, which are now officially available in the honey hut!

🍯 CINNAMON HONEY- Made by adding organic cinnamon sticks to the honey and letting it infuse for a month. This is delicious in tea or coffee, or simply drizzling it on oatmeal or pancakes! Since this process takes awhile, supply is limited. —$10/lb

🍯 ELDERBERRY HONEY- Made by adding organic dried elderberries to the honey. Perfect in tea, yogurt, smoothies for a little immunity boost! Very limited supply as this also takes a month to produce. —$10/lb

🍯 BAKERS HONEY- Honey that is perfect for baking or cooking. It is darker, has a more robust flavor and may be heated to a higher temperature. This is made by melting wax in a solar melter. The sun heats and melts the wax and any honey that’s left in the wax. This is ran through a cloth filter. Once it all cools, wax floats to the top and sweet delicious honey is left on the bottom. —$10/half gallon

🍯 CREAMED HONEY- Made by controlling the natural crystallization of liquid honey, making it creamy and spreadable like butter. This is great for my favorite PB and honey sandwiches! —$6/jar

🥚With winter coming, egg production isn’t quite as high but we will keep the hut stocked as long as they are available.

Honey report!
The bees took their good ole sweet time bringing in nectar this year. No thanks to mother nature with all of the rain and heat. Rain keeps the bees in the hive and nobody likes working in hot weather. Honey harvest isn’t as much as last year but it is still delicious! 🍯

This is how much we love honey from Cranberry Creek Honey Company, LLC ! It's the best 😋 and what I use in my Honey Wheat and Sandwich loaves. My kiddos always ask for a taste whenever they see it out. It's a natural sweet treat!
