SNICKERS COOKIES: Cut an 18 oz. roll of refrigerated sugar or chocolate chip cookie dough into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place a bite-size Snickers candy bar on each slice and wrap dough around it. Place cookies 2-inches apart on sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.

PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES AND STUFFING: Brown 6 pork chops on both sides in a well-greased skillet over medium high heat. Prepare 1 (6 oz.) pkg. stuffing according to pkg. directions, and set aside. Spread a 21 oz. can apple pie filling in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Arrange chops over apples. Spoon stuffing over apples. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees.

STRAWBERRY ANGEL DELIGHT: Prepare a 3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin according to pkg. directions. Cut a loaf size angel food cake into cubes and arrange one layer in a 9x9-in. glass dish. When gelatin is partially jelled, stir in 2 (10 oz) pkgs. thawed and drained frozen strawberry halves. Pour 1/2 mixture over cake cubes . Top with second layer of cake cubes. Spread remainder of gelatin and strawberries over cubes. Cover and refrigerate until firm.

CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS: In a bowl, combine 2 cups crushed graham crackers, 1 ( 14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk and 1 cup chocolate chips. Spread in a greased 9x9-inch baking dish, bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes, cut into bars, and enjoy. (Hint: You can buy the graham crackers already crushed. Why crush them if you don't have to?)

MINI SAUSAGE PIZZAS: Fry 1 lb. hot bulk sausage until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Stir 1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese into sausage, mix, & heat until cheese melts. Spread on 1 pkg. mini rye bread slices. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

FABULOUS PINEAPPLE CAKE:
Combine a 20 oz. can drained crushed pineapple and a small box INSTANT vanilla pudding mix. Stir in a 12 oz. carton of Cool Whip until blended. Frost a prepared angel food cake or a pound cake.

STRAWBERRY PUNCH: When ready to serve, pour into a punch bowl 1 chilled (46 oz.) can Very Berry Hawaiian Punch, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, and 1 chilled (2 liter) bottle 7-Up. Mix well, and serve immediately.

BAKED POTATOES: Bake as many potatoes as you need at 350 for an hour or until fork tender. Split tops and add as much butter as you wish. Sprinkle generously with Lemon Pepper.

EASY STRAWBERRY PIE: Sprinkle 1/4 cup powdered sugar in bottom of a baked pie crust. Place a layer of fresh sliced strawberries over the sugar. Sprinkle sugar over berries. Add another layer of berries and sprinkle with more powdered sugar. Cover & refrigerate. ( I first ate this at a restaurant in Westport. It's delicious!)

SUMMER LEMONADE: Combine 1 cup lemon juice, 3 cups cold water, and 1/2 cup sugar (or Splenda). Mix well, and serve in tall glasses over ice.
