J.kakes was started by Jackie Kern out of her extreme passion for baking tasty treats. Jackie was a 12 year old who would ask for a rolling pin instead of a doll and has been creating ever since. She has worked in several different b

akeries over the past five years-everything from a French pastry cafe to a custom cakes shop. Along the way she has learned what does and does not work in the kitchen in order to create the best baked goods possible.
