Perks of being a baker: Making whatever little cravings hit 😋

These are Birthday Cake Balls with a Dark Chocolate coating + sprinkles of course!

❌ I Don't recommend baking the sprinkles into the cake for these, your cake pop dough colors will blend together.

✅ Do use two spoons and Your favorite chocolate to coat these!

Sidenote: How was your weekend?

I had the opportunity to see an old friend (haven't seen them since the 1st grade!) and we brunched at , which is where I grabbed those lovely flowers I posted in my stories () and then my sister bought me this delicious mango soft serve that didn't hurt my stomach later (major win 😆) and we had such a great time and remained so present, that I didn't take a single picture 😏 also went to .orl because that what you do when you're on Mills :p
Anyway, just grateful to have had a wonderful weekend and I hope you did too!

If I may have your attention ⚡It is time for a proper reintroduction! Whether you have been following along since the beginning or just joined my page, I wanted to share a little more about the person behind the treats.

​I am Genesis, and my journey with sweets started way before I opened the bakery. My 1st official job was at Coldstone Creamery in City Walk and eventually I cross trained at Cinnabon and Florean Fortesque's (Harry Potter Ice cream Shop) at Universal Orlando Resort.

These jobs unknowingly gave me the training I needed that set the foundation for my first attempt at making cakes back in 2017, but it wasn't the right time to go all in then and it wasn't until 2025 that I officially started the Twinkle and Sprinkles Bakery LLC.

This has been the best job I've had so far tbh and I'm really happy to get to share it with you! 🫶🏽🧁

I’m kicking things off Friday night at the in Avalon Park. It’s going to be so sweet, there’s even a card-making station for the kids! 💌

Then, catch me on Saturday for the Oviedo FunFest at Rock & Brews! 🐑Petting zoos, bounce houses, and plenty of local treats from your favs, .and.sprinkles.bakery and more!

Both events are free to attend, so come out, support local, and celebrate the moms in your life with us!
