Testing some wool from some registered Gulf Coast Sheep with modern influences. These are originally derived from Clint Shaw (Ladner family) line through Alabama A&M flock (20 years) but influenced by Perkins (Georgia) and Perkins (Silk Hope Farm) and currently with Pate Family line. CONFUSED? 😆 It makes the story interesting and might start a civil war in our group. This is why I really believe in registration. It keeps our stories straight if our sheperds are honest. Stay tuned as we explore wool from natives from family lines soon.
