Harvest time is here. 🍎🎃

There’s a lot of waiting in a harvest. Knowing when the moment is right takes patience, attention, and an understanding of exactly what you’re looking for.

Wh***ey is no different.

The grain is harvested. The wh***ey goes into the barrel. Then time takes over… and knowing when that wh***ey is ready takes just as much care.

That’s part of what drives Samuel Call founder Jacob Call: taking the time to find the right wh***ey, at the right moment, and knowing when the harvest is ready.

Barrel 4 sold out in a matter of hours. We’ll see what the next harvest brings.
