Are we in the mood for a fall recipe yet ? How about some good ole apple cider…

Be creative with this one guys! If you like caramel apples, add some skinny mixes caramel sauce to the cup before drinking. Life changing!! Maybe even a little cold foam on top or sugar around the rim of the glass.

Ingredients-
10 apples (you choose the apples. I like to mix Granny Smith and a good red apple, but you can use whatever you fancy)
1 orange
8 cups of water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
6-8 cinnamon sticks (depends on much you like cinnamon!)
2 teaspoons cloves

Directions-
Quarter your apples and your orange. Your apples do NOT need to peeled for this recipe.
Throw all ingredients into a big stew pot. Bring to a boil for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, mash your fruit. Return to a simmer for another hour.
After simmering for another hour, strain your fruit out, leaving only the cider behind. Be sure to press your apples firmly to get out any remaining juices.
Serve warm
*If you don’t want to use your stovetop, throw everything in the crock pot for 3 hours on a low heat!*

Let’s start with the EASIEST drink possible. 2 ingredients. Kids love it, adults gulp it down every time I’ve done it. Ingredients you don’t even have to “make” yourself. Ready ? Hear me out..

Zero sugar lemonade
Kool-aid packet of your choice

That’s it. In this house, we go for Minute Maid lemonade brand (yes 0 sugar I promise you won’t know it) and our favorite kool aid packet is Sharkleberry Fin. Pour your packet in your lemonade and shake! So easy. So versatile. So many possibilities. Sugar free! Just try it. Pictured is the last cup we made. My daughter likes to add mint leaves for an extra touch.

Hey everyone! Thank you in advance for the follows, likes, and support! Being a stay at home mom and homeschooling my daughter has led to quite the adventures in the kitchen lately! My family has encouraged me to start a page to share recipes, and even sell some products locally. I hope you all enjoy the content here. If you have any requests, my inbox is always open. I’ll be sharing some drink recipes, some tested diy recipes of big restaurants you can make from home, and even selling some of my homemade sips 😍
