Hey this is Joe from BBQ Rook I know winter is in full force but spring is soon here. We are starting to book upcoming catering gigs and pop-ups for the 2026 spring and summer BBQ Season.

If you have an event you need catering like graduations, weddings and so on then check us out. We will also be looking to set up at local events throughout Lancaster.

New Year’s Eve wings. Started with 317 and dropped 3 so had a 99% success rate. It was cold so I fumbled those 3 away so not too shabby. Thanks to everyone who bought today! Happy New Years!

There have had several request for our Original Hot BBQ Rook BBQ Sauce, so we are bringing it back for a limited time and quanity. If you are interested in pre-ordering a bottle, please let me know.

Cost is $9 a bottle. If ordering out of the area, shipping will be added to the total cost.

Opening up these briskets like Christmas presents. The bark was good except for that one little stupid spot that puddled up.

14 hour cook and 8 hour rest.
