Last chance to get pasties for the summer. This is our last market of the summer, but we will do some random pop ups throughout the winter and are available for special orders within town (unfortunately we are not able to ship, yet).

We had a lot of folks asking about the Texas Tw***ie pot pie last Saturday. I’m so glad people liked it; we just finished another batch, and they will be back in stock tomorrow at the Pagosa Farmer’s Market.

For those wondering what a Texas Tw***ie is: it’s a bacon wrapped jalapeño stuffed with smoked brisket, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, brushed with bbq sauce. We chopped them up and threw them in a pot pie, so that no one will judge us for eating a handful of them!
