This recent order was such a blast to create and my first time ever making football themed treats!

The order consisted of:
1 dozen chocolate covered strawberries
1 dozen chocolate covered oreos
2 dozen chocolate covered pretzels

(By the way, it's all gluten free 😉)

Happy birthday to the young little man turning 1yrs old! Very exciting time!

Did someone say chocolate with extra chocolate??

This absolutely delicious double chocolate cake has to be by far my most favorite recipe from the books!

This cake is 100% gluten free and I've been told on multiple occasions that no one would have ever guessed this had no flour until I told them. This cake is moist and sweet, but the subtle richness of the dark cocoa provides a wonderful balance!

The cake is topped with a chocolate ganache and some lovely squares of my favorite chocolate, 70% Dark Ghirardelli (YUM)!!

Anyone like Chocolate?

Today I'm presenting a two tier chocolate flavored gluten-free cake. The cake is frosted in a homemade buttercream and sprinkled with sifted cocoa for that final touch.

The birthday girl wanted something that said "GREEN"! I was so thrilled to create this adorable and delicious little cake. Happy birthday to such a wonderful and amazing soul 🫶❤️

I am so elated to show you all my most recent order!

Here, we have a two tier Gluten-Free Stitch and Angel vanilla cake, frosted in vanilla buttercream! This cake is 100% gluten free, all handcrafted and edible aside from the figurines.

The flowers are made of royal icing and painted with a basic mix of food colors and water.

This order took me over 2 days to complete and is one of my proudest creations!

Happy birthday to the 3 sweetest little ladies! I'm so grateful for the opportunity to make their wishes come true ❤️🥰🎂
