Our June Corks & Forks dinner was one to remember. A huge thank you to Chef Mike Haley and the team at Bonfire Oyster Co. for creating an incredible evening of fresh seafood, thoughtful pairings, and unforgettable flavors.

From the first course to the final pour, every detail came together for a truly special experience. Most of all, thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so memorable.

Sweet, curious, and always paying attention, KitKat has earned her role as Colterris Human Resources Hiring Manager. Nothing gets past her, and she’s always keeping an eye on what’s happening around her.

🍷🇺🇸 Livid Up with Coloradeaux 🇺🇸🍷

Join us this Saturday, June 13, from 4–7 PM as we raise a glass to summer and celebrate our newest wine releases.

This year’s Wine Club theme, Livid Up with Coloradeaux, honors two incredible milestones: America’s 250th anniversary and Colorado’s 150th anniversary.

Throughout the evening, enjoy tastings of our newly released wines, winemaker-led cave tours, live music from Fred Rainguet, and an elevated barbecue pairing experience crafted by local chef Jason Fang, featuring mini pulled pork sliders, Southwest chicken chili, and cherry pie cornbread.

Explore the event at your own pace. Cave tours will run throughout the evening, and food will be served in tasting portions designed to pair with each wine release, while Fred provides the perfect soundtrack for a summer evening at the winery.
