Hey everyone!! Many of you have been wondering what happened to Crazy Capra Farms.

A few years ago, we made the exciting decision to move to Ecuador and start a new chapter. We purchased farmland in the Amazon and were ready to settle down there. Unfortunately, life had other plans. A relatively rare health condition popped up and it requires specialized medical treatment that simply isn't available there. Because of that, we made the decision to return to the United States.

Now that we're settled back in, we're excited to announce that Crazy Capra Farms is getting back up and running!

Over the coming months, we'll be bringing back some of our farm products, along with some new and different animals for sale as we rebuild. It's going to take a little time, but we're looking forward to sharing the journey with all of you once again.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. We appreciate your patience and can't wait to show you what's ahead.

When the weather is right, you can see volcanos from my office balcony. It's a sight to see! The bigger one (El Altar) that has sunken in at the top is no longer active. The other one that has the classic volcano shape is Tungurahua. It is still active and we occasionally see plumes of smoke come out!! 😁😁

Hi everyone!! It's been a while since we have updated everything so I am trying to get caught up on our updates here. The land deal fell through for now 😭, but we have found better options elsewhere it seems so it was a good thing. Better options, more jungle, lower price kinda thing.

A while back we visited Finca Saquifrancia, they are a chocolate producer here in Puyo. Was very cool to see. They do everything organically, no pesticides at all. The owner uses decoy fruits to keep animals away from his cacao trees. The pineapples in the pic are an example of it. Other trees he has planted to give various flavors to the cacao. It was a very cool experience!. Had local tilapia for lunch after that. Was amazing!

Here is a walkthrough from before we moved in. We've done a lot of upgrading already, put in new curtains, new paint, etc... It's been sitting empty for a while so it needed a little tlc. 💪

Just moved into our new rental house for the next couple years while we build our new house and turn the property into a wildlife refuge! This place is huge and CHEAP!! One of the main reasons we moved here. It's basically a 6 bedroom, 4 bath house with several porches and balconies with 1 acre of property with flowers and fruit trees and we pay less than $500 a month for all of it. Including utilities!!!! 😁😁😁
