Smoked Picanha. Smoke it, then reverse sear it. We recommend 2 Gringos Chupacabra​⁠ steak seasoning. Shout out to Oklahoma Joe's Smokers​⁠ and ​⁠GOVEE meat thermometer for helping make it happen.

Here’s what to do

Get smoker up to 250. While that’s happening season your Picanha. Smoke it at 250 until 120ish. Then put it on a hot grill to reverse sear it to 1302 ish. Let it rest to finish. Slice and enjoy!

This Brazilian/Italian dish is 🔥🔥🔥! Like a Brazilian bread hotpocket of deliciousness. Literally can be stuffed with whatever you want. The key is the bread dough. A simple dough but man does it make this thing delicious.

Delicious, cheesy, hearty baked ziti. The secret: blending a cheesy Alfredo with your choice of red sauce. We use our home made Alfredo sauce with extra cheese to make it cheesier and our home made pasta sauce……my oh my. Enjoy
