Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
4 large bell peppers
1 lb shaved ribeye or thinly sliced steak
1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms
1/2 cup caramelized onions
1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the steak with Worcestershire sauce until cooked through. Add mushrooms and caramelized onions, stirring to combine.
3. Stir in the cream cheese until fully incorporated, creating a creamy, cheesy filling.
4. Stuff each bell pepper with the steak mixture, then top with shredded provolone cheese.
5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
6. Serve hot and enjoy this delicious Philly cheesesteak twist!

Ingredients
For the Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
½ cup melted butter
For the Mousse Filling:
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Layer:
¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
For the Topping:
½ cup whipped cream
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional)

Directions
1. Prepare the Crust: Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2. Make the Mousse: In a bowl, beat heavy cream, melted chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy. Spread the mousse evenly over the chilled crust. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
3. Add the Chocolate Layer: Heat heavy cream until warm (do not boil), then pour over the chocolate chips. Let sit for a minute, then stir until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the mousse layer, spreading evenly. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.

Honey Peach Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup peach preserves
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup diced fresh peaches
2 tablespoons honey for drizzle
Sugar crystals for garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sausage, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolates (like M&M’s)
1/2 cup mini Oreo cookies for topping

Directions
1. Beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
2. Add in the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened—then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Gently stir in the whipped topping until it's all smooth and fluffy.
5. In a 9x13-inch dish, spread half of the crushed Oreos at the bottom.

- 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- ½ lb lump crab meat
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1½ cups Alfredo sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (for topping)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, Old Bay, salt, and black pepper. Fold in crab and shrimp.

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup strawberry purée (blended fresh or frozen strawberries)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon strawberry extract (optional)
A few drops of pink food coloring (optional)
For the Strawberry Glaze:
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons strawberry purée
1 tablespoon milk or heavy cream

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes).
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.

Pineapple Quick Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large egg beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained (save 2-3 Tbsp of the juice for the glaze) used tidbit
GLAZE:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp reserved pineapple juice

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a bread pan.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt together.
3. In a separate bowl, beat egg, sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Add flour mixture into cream cheese mixture and stir.
5. Add the sour cream and mix until just combined, then fold in crushed pineapple.
6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
7. Cool in pan for about 15-20 minutes and then let it cool the rest of the way on a wire rack.
8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and pineapple juice together and drizzle over the cooled bread.

Delicious Steamed Rice Cakes

Ingredients
- 220g rice flour (1 & 3/4 cups)
- 40g tapioca starch (1/4 cup)
- 200ml coconut milk (1/2 can)
- 100g sugar (1/2 cup)
- 180ml warm water (3/4 cup)
- 3.5g instant dry yeast (1 & 1/4 tsp)

Directions
1. Prepare Batter:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture ferment in a warm area for 1-2 hours until bubbly.
2. Steam Cakes:
- Boil a pot of water and place silicone molds into the steamer to heat up.
- Once hot, stir the fermented batter and carefully pour it into the molds.
- Steam for 10-15 minutes. Tip: cover the lid with a kitchen towel to prevent water droplets.
3. Serve:
- Remove from molds and enjoy!
