In your avocado cooking oil - the raw - dense - extra virgin it says there is 560% of the daily value vitamin D per tbsp.... however as a nutritionist I have never heard of vitamin D in these concentrations being in any plant foods - nor could I find evidence of there being barely any vitamin D in avocados... I did know that vitamin D2 can be created in plant oils when the have been harvested and exposed to uvb rays... I am asking about this because I bought this oil to use as an alternative to my vitamin D3 supplement when I saw on the label the high concentrations of vitamin D... but now I am wondering if there is a mistake on the label? I have to know for certain as my health relies upon these numbers being accurate if I use this as a supplement for D3. Could you please provide me with any source or documentation that shows this oil contains this amount of vitamin D please? Like your lab results - etc.. Also has the oil been exposed to uvb in order to create this D2 reaction? Lastly is it D2 or D3 in this product? Thank you!
