🌟 Cheesecake Pivot – Success! 🌟
Sometimes, even the best-laid dessert plans need a little creativity. A sweet client recently ordered two blueberry cheesecakes – but with blueberries being way out of season here in Florida, the ones available just didn’t meet my quality standards.
✨ Solution? A delicious pivot! ✨
We swapped to a bright and summery peach cheesecake 🍑 and a classic plain cheesecake topped with fresh raspberry coulis 🍓 — and honestly, peaches and raspberries have been absolutely wonderful lately!
The result? A beautiful duo that looked stunning side by side and tasted just as amazing. Our client was so kind and flexible with the change — and was thrilled with the final result. 💛
