I don't know about you... but I like Coffee Smoothies and I found a great way to get ALL I NEED to get my day started with a REAL BANG. I use my NutriBullet... I start with a large spoon of good dark instant coffee, then add some almond milk, a little water and a spoon of co-co nut cream ..half fill the cup with ice and then add a teaspoon of red desert clay (for loads of minerals) and two tablespoons of H**p Pro 70 (10 grams of needed protein).I sometimes put in a half teaspoon of Indian Moringa for an extra kick of vitamins... Whirl it up and and drink with a straw while I relax in my garden and throw a morning ball for Muddy. ENERGIZED FOR THE WHOLE DAY AND FULL OF GET UP AND GO>

Decided it is time to start a cookbook to publish and invite people to try some unusual combinations that I have been having fun creating. Have you ever made cucumber salad with sweet peppers red onion sesame oil co-co nut vinegar and honey....You should try it ... I use the small cucs..about 5 or 6 cut in "pennies" then a diced small yellow sweet peppers and diced red onion. I put equal parts // sesame oil and vinegar and about a table spoon of honey mixed together... the vinegar disolves the honey. Just pour it on, toss and refrigerate for a few hours... I love it when I have some goat yogurt to eat along with this yummy salad. SORRY NO PICTURE ...I ATE IT.

I attended a wonderful program at Flagler Hospital in Palm Coast today. It was presented by the Alzheimer's Association of Central and North Florida and sponsored by the Palm Coast Arts Foundation. A number of speakers introduced a wonderful movie,
'I Remember Better When I Paint'(available on Amazon). The movie showed the power and many benefits of using creative arts; visual arts, music and movement, in the treatment of those coping with Alzheimer's. On September 12th The Flagler County Art League @ 160 Cypress Point Parkway in Palm Coast will have a show of art work created by Alzheimer's Artists. The Opening is free and open to all . Starts at 6:00. Later in the month I will be providing an Art Therapy group called the 'Magic of Creativity' for those with early stage Alzheimer's. Please join us for the FCAL show.
