Farmers Market chaos begins tomorrow morning at 11am - 6pm at the Friday Fling in Palmer!! On Saturday, we are trying out the Muldoon Community Market at 1301 Muldoon Rd. from 9:30am to 3pm, and on Sunday, we are in GIRDWOOD!! The Girdwood farmers market is from 11am-4pm at the town square, 148 Holmgren Place.

We hope to see you this weekend!! We have fresh oysters just harvested yesterday, Black Cod (plain and Miso/Lime/Ginger marinated), and of course, Angry Badger Smoked Cheese.

Hello Safety Cove Oyster fans!! We've got some great news and some really great news... First, the great news. Safety Cove Oyster Farm is featured in an article in the national magazine, Delish!! We are so honored and excited. It is time that everyone find out what you already know...Alaska has the best oysters in the world. The really great news is that we have fresh oysters for our farmers markets this weekend. Friday, we will be at the Friday Fling in Palmer from 11am - 6pm. Come get some fresh and raw and/or try a grilled LJ's Big Easy oyster grilled with Creole Bordelaise!! On Saturday, we will be at the Muldoon Farmers Market (not to be confused with the Pena market). So come by, say "hi" and grab a dozen or two to enjoy!!

They're well worth the journey.

FARMERS MARKET MADNESS!!!! Let's do this again...and hope for a little sunshine 🙏. Ok, here is the rundown...Wednesday we will be at the Wasilla farmers market, Friday we will be in Palmer at the Friday Fling, Saturday we will be at the South Anchorage Farmers Market...and Sunday...???? I'm not sure about Sunday. We were going to try the Downtown market but they don't seem too organized. Any suggestions for Sunday?

Tomorrow, we will be at the Palmer Friday Fling, Saturday at the South Anchorage Farmers Market and Sunday at the Anchorage Downtown Farmers Market!! Come see us, say "hi" and introduce yourself. We LOVE our customers and enjoy the opportunity to put faces to names (and maybe make that shuckers dozen a little more generous) 😁

WE HAVE FRESH ALASKAN OYSTERS!!!! Friends, we just harvested and the oysters are looking and tasting incredible!! We will be at 3 markets this weekend and a few additional meet-up locations. On FRIDAY, we will be at the Palmer Friday Fling from 11am to 6pm in downtown Palmer. On Saturday, we will be at the South Anchorage Market at 11111 O'Malley Centre from 9am to 2pm, and Sunday we will be at the Anchorage Downtown Farmers Market at the corner of 3rd Avenue and E Street across from the Hilton, from 10am to 5pm.
