Valley fans...Fish On Camp Grill is the place to be tomorrow night for OYSTERS!!!! I'm going to let these amazing folks make dinner for me...you should do the same. Come enjoy some of their amazing food...try some of our delicious oysters prepared for you and then take home a dozen or two for later. I hope to see you tomorrow!

Oyster lovers of Alaska...we have 'em fresh and ready to go!!! We will be at the South Anchorage Farmers Market tomorrow, Saturday, from 9am to 2pm (located in O'Malleys parking lot at 11111 O'Malley Centre Drive) and for our VALLEY folks, we will be at Fish On Camp Grill from 5pm to about 6:30!!! Come see us at either location... let's get our oyster on!

Valley Fans...I had a few folks check in and ask why I didn't go to Fish On Camp Grill for the meet up. Please know that I plan on that being our valley connecting point. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do it and didn't want to cancel on those incredible people if it fell through. Please know that we LOVE Fish On Camp Grill. Not only are they an incredibly lovely and kind couple, their food and service is second to none!! I can't stop telling people to get their butts over there and try it out.
So...to sum up...we at Safety Cove are all about Fish On Camp Grill. I'm addicted to their food and friendly service... and that will be our regular meet up place for the valley!

Cordova friends...you are our home-town and we will never forget you... not for one single harvest. When you see a post that we have done a harvest, give Jesse an evening and you will see Safety Cove Oysters on the shelves, in the meat department, at Nichols!!! We sell in Cordova exclusively through Nichols. We LOVE Cordova and while I am in the valley while Roderick is out seining, I promise we will never leave you oyster-less in a harvest!!!!

Valley friends...here is a little secret... I live in the VALLEY!!!! I know last night was last minute. I know several folks didn't see it in time. No worries!! Oysters...come get your Oysters!!! We have em...fresh from Safety Cove in Simpson Bay. We will be at the South Anchorage Farmers Market from 9am to 2pm tomorrow. Do the Valley folks want a meet-up tomorrow around 5pm to get some 4th of July oysters???
