It’s mooooving day for Clementine.

She’s off to bigger and better pastures (literally) with some other longhorns. So sad for me (and Faye the goat is going to miss her too), but she’s going to have a great new family.

And, on the bright side, there should be no more Jen-stuck-in-the-mud stories!

Nora and Faye joined their new herd today. They are now residents of Nelson County and have a mini Zebu cow and a Perche...

Nora and Faye joined their new herd today. They are now residents of Nelson County and have a mini Zebu cow and a Percheron horse (huge!) as companions. ❤️

I will miss their funny bleats and screams when they didn’t get their way…and their overall silliness. (My feet, however, will not miss being stomped on by their tippy tapping cloven hooves.)

New Zealand (solids and brokens), and Silver Fox (Black, Blue and chocolate). breeders 18mos - 3yrs old, proven production (I’ve processed 300+ rabbits from 11 does and 5 bucks since last spring) . I’ve got a new job, so I don’t have the time for everything. Just pulled bucks from colonies, so does could be bred). I’ll be processing if not rehomed. PM if you want more details. Well, here we go again!!!

I saw this little one barely move in one of my enclosures, out in the open far away from any burrow/nesting spot. If it wasn’t for the rain storms forecast tonight, I would of left it...but it surely wasn’t going to survive the elements tonight. A quick stop at Jean’s for goats milk, ride home on a heated seat, and loving attention by Jen...I think it will be just fine!
