I know my strengths and weaknesses. I’m the one who, instead of buying something premade, opts to make it from scratch “when I get home.” However, it doesn’t always end well!

So far, my home concoctions of açaí or coconut cream bowls have proved fruitless and boring.

On Tuesday, my craving got the best of me so I searched out Vibes, The Fruit Spot and ordered the yummiest Coconut Cream bowl. However, I asked them to—hold the granola, please.

I added my own Passion Fruit granola to their coconut cream bowl and enjoyed the most perfect combo. I may never go back to açaí again!

It seems Sweet Nonna Co. has a new employee, who’s taking her job very seriously. 💯💯

She’s making sure our breakfast setup is carefully inspected while monitoring the photo shoot closely as though she’s the new quality control department.

I’m still deciding if she's more interested in the Passion Fruit Granola or the Whipped Honey... but she's definitely keeping an eye on both. 🐱🐱

My grandson and his class had a BIG part in my final decisions regarding Passion Fruit granola. I tell ya…these boys took their taste testing job to a new level! They’re even getting a nod on the back of the bag.

ps…boys are easy regarding payment of said services. A five dollar bill and some Pokémon cards and they were thrilled.

Dark chocolate chips or white chocolate chips?!

My amazing bag designer is asking for my final ingredient list. The pressure is on!!

I love how a touch of chocolate in this granola compliments the tartness of the freeze dried passionfruit. I’m leaning toward dark chocolate because I can get a much cleaner healthier chip.

Thoughts?!
