Preserved Apricots with Azura Cellars Riesling 🍑Perfect on a cheese board with a glass of Riesling. Recipe below:
8oz dried apricots
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. Champagne vinegar
1 c. Riesling
2 cardamom pods
2 strips orange peel
Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 60 min.
