This is the official "what, why, where, omg, no say it ain't so.." answer.

First off, I'm very very sorry for having to leave Paonia.

I have been so overwhelmed with support and love from this community. It has been an unforgettable experience. Thank you all for supporting the hell out of me through this venture. ♥️

My name is Chef Adriel Montes. I've been here in Paonia for about 7 months now. I came out here for an opportunity to take a food truck back to Dallas, but it fell through and decided to stay and help start AP catering with their new storefront and patio. Quickly after, I created my own small business to fill a niche, Ozzy's Smashburgers

But right now, it's more important for me to be close to my son, than to have a successful business away from him.

The goal of my business is to get into a food trailer that I can take to my new home, Broken Bow, OK. It's a small town with the tiniest bit of elevation and it's booming.

So I hope this helps you all have a better understanding of what is happening.

Currently, I'm looking for people that want to invest financially in this concept. I need a lot of help to be able to start this business back up again in a new town.
Any bit of help and guidance would be very much appreciated. Please share with anyone you know that would be excited and interested in Ozzy's Smashburger.
