Early in my career, when I was struggling, Bob asked the hard questions I had been avoiding. He helped me face my fears and obstacles in a way that was comfortably supportive rather than threatening.
He guided me through career choices, leadership opportunities, and life lessons that helped me become my best self. I participated in ASP, which helped launch my practice to a new level.
As a long-time member of his NSC, he helped me forge a path to success, including serving as the 161st president of the American Dental Association. The foundational and authentic leadership skills I gained from Bob and NSC were the tools that helped me lead the organization through one of the most volatile and transformational periods in recent history.
The NSC members are some of the finest leaders, colleagues, and human beings I have ever had the honor to be around. The discussions were always profoundly deep, honest, and inspirational. Just being in the room with everyone at NSC helped me grow.
