After realizing a longtime dream of establishing a second home in Southwest Colorado, Chef Michael is now accepting a limited number of private dining engagements each year in:

✨ Telluride/Mountain Village
✨ Durango
✨ Hesperus
✨ Mancos
✨ Dolores
✨ Cortez
✨ Rico

In these markets, he’ll be offering multi-course chef’s tasting menus exclusively—thoughtfully crafted around seasonal ingredients and the exceptional local farmers throughout Southwest Colorado 🌿🥕🍄

Intimate by design (up to 14 guests).
Limited availability each year.

And don't worry, Arizona remains our primary market, and we will continue to book dinners in Greater Phoenix, just as we always have.
