It’s like a giveaway… but this time, it’s not for us.

The Parishville-Hopkinton PTO is a remarkable group that works hard to support our students, teachers, school programs, and community. Through their fundraising efforts, they help provide resources and opportunities that make a real difference throughout the school year.

Just one example among many: the PTO helps purchase school supplies for students. And I think most parents can agree that school supply shopping isn’t exactly the highlight of the year!!!!

To show our appreciation for everything they do, S&K Nutrition has decided to raffle off some of our products, with our ticket sale proceeds being donated directly to the PHCS PTO. We hope this fundraiser helps support their continued efforts and serves as a small thank-you from our community.

The best part? You choose where your tickets go! If take-home kits aren’t your thing, don’t put any tickets in that bucket. Want to put all your tickets toward free teas? Go for it! Split them up or go all-in on your favorite prize… we want you to have a chance to win what you actually want.

Benefits of a loaded tea: hydration, mental clarity, energy boost, metabolism boost, NO sugar, and actually burns more calories than it is itself.

Benefits of our protein shakes: Low calorie (200 calories), high protein (25g), appetite suppressant, non-dairy (no inflammation), added vitamins making them a safe meal replacement, and promotes muscle recovery post-workout.

So, it’s only fair that I cheer people on to get both, right? After all, taking care of yourself is admirable. ❤️

Each shake is 200 calories and packed with 25 grams of protein, while also being soy based and dairy free. I’m a big protein shake fan (like, a shake a day for 2 years straight type of fan) so let me know if you need any recommendations or specific macros!
