If you’ve ever wondered who’s behind the stacks, the drizzles, the sprinkles, and all the smiles… well, here we are! 👋🥞

💕 Katy — Wife, Mom of 3, slightly unhinged, but packed with passion! The idea-maker, dream-chaser, and probably the one saying, “Okay… but what if we tried THIS?” 😂 From dreaming up new flavors to creating the fun behind-the-scenes magic, She loves turning little pancakes into BIG smiles!

💕 Wendy — The calm to this storm, perfectly put together, and the queen of the service window! She keeps us laughing, helps turn our crazy ideas into reality, and is always ready to jump in and make the next event happen. 💪🥞

Together, we’re Stack & Drizzle Mini Pancakes — two sisters with a love for creativity, good food, a little sparkle, and making people smile. 💕✨

What started as an idea has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve learned A LOT along the way (including a few things the hard way 😉), but every event, every pancake stack, and every smiling customer makes it worth it.

💗 A Little Stack & Drizzle Update! 🥞✨

We wanted to share a little update with our Stack & Drizzle family! One of our Stack & Drizzle girls is having a planned surgery, so we’re going to take a small break from events while we focus on her healing and getting back on her feet. 💕

We may be taking a little break, but don’t worry… the pancakes aren’t going anywhere! 🥞💗 We’ll be back before you know it, ready to bring the stacks, drizzles, and LOTS of smiles!

There’s a lot we’re learning as we grow Stack & Drizzle. We’re learning what works, what doesn’t, how to navigate events, the weather, crowds, prep, and all the little things that come with building a small business.

We’ve had low-attendance events. We’ve battled bad weather. We’ve had days that didn’t go exactly how we hoped they would.

But there’s one thing we know for sure… 🥹🥞✨

Our absolute favorite part of Stack & Drizzle is seeing the SMILES on people’s faces when they see our mini pancakes.

That little moment when someone lights up, gets excited, or brings their family over to see what we’re serving… THAT is what keeps driving us.

Because Stack & Drizzle isn’t just about pancakes. It’s about creating little moments of happiness. It’s about making someone’s day just a little sweeter.

So even when the crowds are small, even when the weather doesn’t cooperate, and even when we’re still figuring things out… we’re going to keep showing up.

Because the world needs more smiles.

Girl Scout troop #42111 was hard at work giving the trash bins a face lift for the Turner County Fair. Stack & Drizzle was happy to supply them with free mini pancakes for braving the heat. It was a warm one today but these cool kids did an awesome job giving back to their community!
