• This edition is finished in Thandai barrels—Thandai is an Indian spiced drink (with saffron, cardamom, nutmeg, etc.).
• Nose (smell): Indian spices, clove, black pepper, rye allspice.
• Palate (taste): Overripe orchard fruit, cardamom, saffron, fennel (a mix of sweet fruit + exotic spice)
• Finish: Waves of baking spice, soft sweetness, tropical fruit lingering behind.
In short: A bold rye with Indian spice influence layered over fruit and warmth.

• This edition is finished in Pulque Curado de Cacao barrels (pulque is a traditional Mexican agave‐fermented drink; “curado de cacao” means it’s been infused with cacao) Proof / ABV: About 104.8 proof (52.4 % ABV)
