Baltimore Area Good Trouble, part of the Red Wine & Blue network got together tonight to celebrate their one year anniversary and to fill the fridge.

Pasta salads, turkey wraps, Mac & cheese, cookies, cake, and other goodies added at 7:50 pm on July 26.

Good Morning,

Fridge is cool this morning and ready for donations.

It’s empty except for a couple things I just added.
Freezer has a couple loaves a bread.
Not much in the pantry.

Please make sure doors are closed!

Update: the fridge is still warm and the walls are warm a couple hours later. I suggest holding off on donations to the Parkville fridge at 8203 Harford Road until it is cool again. The freezer is cold so hopefully the fridge will catch up over night. All good from fridge was moved to the freezer or to the trash.

When we arrived this morning to clean and check the fridge the fridge was standing open. The freezer is still cold but the fridge is warm. I threw away the food in the fridge that was warm. Luckily there wasn't much there.

Please make sure to close the fridge. There were literally birds going into the fridge when I arrived.

I didn't do a cleaning because I decided it was more important to let the fridge sit closed for a bit.

Added popsicles, bottled water and some pulled pork.
Lots of radishes and mushrooms.

Fridge, freezer and pantry could use some love.

Fridge and pantry as of 2030/30th.

Stopped down with some apples and to investigate reports of the fridge being warm. It’s working but with the high traffic this fridge gets, the high temperatures and the fact that it gets a lot of sun…. It’s hard work for a fridge.

The fridge is mostly empty so I was able to give it a good cleaning.

Moved bread from the pantry to the fridge. With this heat, please put bread in the fridge or freezer instead of the pantry.

Fridge, freezer and pantry could use some love.

Happy Sunday from the Parkville Fridge!

Wiped down the fridge.
Added waters, kool-aids, apples, frozen veggies and some other assorted freezer items.

Room in both fridge and freezer.
Pantry is close to empty.

Several shoppers while I was here.

Good morning everyone. We've received some messages that the fridge is not cold. We checked it yesterday afternoon and before 6 AM this morning. It was cold and freezer items were frozen. Please be mindful that this fridge is in full sun and will not be able to cool super efficiently when the weather is hot.

It is helpful to make sure items are cold before putting them in the fridge and to not hold the fridge doors open longer than necessary.

Please continue to label and date all food. And if you are putting something highly perishable into the fridge, consider whether it could go into the freezer instead.
