Hartman Farms Inc. Hartman Farms was homesteaded in 1892 by William James and Anna Hartman. Today the farm is managed by John and William Hartman.

We produce Sweet Spanish Onions and the seeds of Alfalfa, Garden Beans, Carrots, Sweet Corn and Wheat

Throwback Thursday to my time with onion harvesters last October! U.S. farmers produce about 6.75 billion pounds of onion every year on just 125,000 acres! That's crazy! 🧅 Onions are like hot sauce, you put that s*** on everything! 🤣

We have a great crew assembled today to pour a new 20 inch concrete ditch on our Tucker farm. It is quite a process.

Our early harvest yellow onions have been planted several weeks. Saul has been busy this week getting our storage yellow onions planted. Our dedicated drip Irrigation crew is right on track getting the fields ready for the onions first irrigation water this spring.
