What an incredible opening day! Everything went perfectly, and the response from everyone was amazing. Huge shoutout to Don Marshall for letting me park at his classic car lot. Garren—we’ve got a fantastic cook working with us now!
​Thank you to absolutely everyone who came by to grab lunch and support us at Marshall Motors. (I even managed to catch a nice sunburn!) We will be back at it tomorrow for round two from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, so come hungry!
​A special thank you to Allen for blessing the food truck today, and to my silent partner, BK—you know who you are. God bless you, my friend, I am incredibly grateful. Time to clean it all up and get ready for tomorrow! 🌭🔥

Ground local ground hillbilly sausage with lite onion powder large egg with a flash of all purpose seasoning White American cheese with a dab of queso mixed in. Pink salt ground pepper. Fryed real potato. All wrapped up for a delicious meal on the go. . See you in the spring.
