We just received our local beef from Miller Farms. We had the ribeyes the other night and they would have graded out as High Choice. The ribeyes were tender and delicious. Today we are sous vide top round at 132 degrees for 5 hours to make deli roast beef. Using previously made demi glace which we froze into ice cubes and added a few in our vacuum sealed seasoned top round. Thank you Miller Farms for some outstanding local raised beef. Amazing!!

NOTE: When pruning ensure you have sanitized pruners so you don’t accidentally spread spores, or issues to the next tree. Recommend 70% isopropyl Alcohol rub down or soaking or wash with dish soap, rinse and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes. This should be done in between trees and plants. Multiple pruners also works.
