Omg I'm tired! Lol thank you so much for coming! You guys put me to work today. I am completely sold out of mofongo but I do have pastelillos left so let me know asap if you want to pick up tonight. What a funny message from another supporter who came to pick up today haha. Listen I don't know when I'll be doing mofongo again because it's alot of work but once I take this small break I will be back with frozen items, sauce bottles, flan and tres leches. I will be doing a small menu on Wednesday. And then I will be taking a mental break for a week. Thank you all for your understanding of everything happening in my personal life and how important my mental health is.

I made it through back to back days and now I can rest and have a mental health weekend because my husband/Doctor said so lol I promise I'm not doing too much I just enjoy cooking for you all... It keeps my mind from running a thousand miles an hour.

Hey family! After tomorrow I will begin loading up on frozen items. Now that we will no longer be working on the truck I will have some time to offer this again. I will start freezing little by little and I will announce what I have available once its available. I will have cheese dogs, pastelillos, sorullos, alcapurria de yuca, alcapurria de guineo, pasteles(limited)....and I will also have Flan, tres leches and fresh bottles of green sauce and mayo-ketchup.
Everything is packaged to perfection to ensure freshness and also because I have OCD and everything has to be perfect 😩 lol
I won't have all of this ready at once in the beginning because I know I'll be overwhelmed with alot of orders so I'm going to have a few items available first like Pastelillos sorullos, sauce and flan. I hope your all excited about this! 😁 Thank you and see you tomorrow if you placed an order with me the last 2 days♥️
