Ever tried your hand at a Bijou cocktail? Like a Negroni on steroids! Bijou is French for “jewel”, the cocktail’s name having been inspired by the jewel-like colors of its parts: diamond for gin, ruby for red vermouth, and emerald for Green Chartreuse.
To stay true to the original ratios, combine equal parts Future Gin, Dolin Sweet Vermouth, Green Chartreuse, and a dash of orange bitters.
