New creation "Spam Candy its cubes of spam with crushed pecans and brown sugar slow smoked for 2 hours. Spam gets a bad rap but it was in its glory here. I also refer to spam as bacon on a budget, don't knock it til ya try it

I had someone call me yesterday asking me what I thought of the Restaurant Big Mama’s Rib shack in Pasadena.. I told her its oven baked crap!! I have driven by that place hundreds of times and have never seen one puff of smoke comin out of that building. People don’t be fooled by fake Barbecue! True Barbecue is slow smoked meat. If there’s no smoke than it’s a joke! Stamp out the phony’s perpetrating Barbecue fraud on the good people of the San Gabriel Valley!!!
