Things are moving along for IIWII Wines🌞🥂

Our Grenache Blanc from the Templeton Gap District was picked, destemmed, and cooled with dry ice before sitting on the skins for 24 hours. After pressing, the juice went into 3 neutral French oak barrels — and 1 brand new red wine barrel from Atelier.

Breaking in a new red barrel with white wine is called conditioning… and this Grenache Blanc is the one doing the honors. ✨🍇

Malvasia Bianca harvest is here for ✨

These gorgeous clusters from French Camp Vineyard came in at 23.6 Brix, 3.41 pH, and 5.92 TA — a perfect balance for one of the most flavorful and aromatic Italian white varieties out there.

The second picture is the process of hand-destemming for a special skin-fermented component. Trust us… skin-fermented Malvasia is the powerhouse of white wine flavors and aromatics.

Grenache Blanc was harvested today for Paix Sur Terre 🥂✨

These vines were originally planted in 1999 in Glenrose Vineyard. Did you know that they are also a Tablas Creek Vineyard clone?

This stunning grape boasts flavors of pear, lime, green melon, and sea salt.
