It’s been a while since our last update—spring has us busy and we’re right in the middle of calving season, with new calves hitting the ground right on schedule.
Like many of you have probably noticed, cattle prices and beef prices have surged this year. We’re doing everything we can to help control costs and keep our beef as affordable as possible for our customers while maintaining the quality you expect from us.
With that said, we’ve seen a big increase in freezer beef orders already this year. We’re currently booking into January and February, and spots are filling faster than usual.
If you’ve been thinking about stocking your freezer with locally raised beef, now is the time to get on the list. We offer ¼, ½, and whole beef, and availability is limited.
