About a month ago we were a part of the Farm to Table Tour in Fulton/Montgomery counties. We were so excited to be able to host people on our farm; to show them how we raise our animals; to explain the why behind our methods. If you weren't able to visit, here is your chance to take a peek at FLAKNY Farm.

The teacher in me (Audrey) wanted to educate our guests on regenerative farming. There is not a piece of paper, picture, pair of scissors, or glue stick I don't like.

The farmers in us wanted to share our hard work and show you how we care for our animals, our land, our buildings, and all of the other farming resources we use.

The daughter/sister/son in us wanted to share our fun day with our out of town family, hence the (super not-professional) video.

The business owner/vendor/neighbor in us wants to share the experience with YOU!

Meet the herd this Sunday!

Our cattle are Irish Dexter; a small, heritage breed, prized for their dual purpose characteristics (beef and dairy) and efficient grazing capabilities. They are also a perfect match for land management.

Two calves were born in the last few weeks...they are itty bitty and just the cutest! 🥰
