Just sayin’.

I kind of hate to share this because we’ll sell out of one of my favorite cuts, but the flatiron really is an incredible steak. Doubly so when it’s American wagyu.

Really proud of this and really lucky to work with so many great people at both the farm and the creamery. She doesn’t crave the spotlight but I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out what a particularly talented, hardworking and just generally amazing person Hannah Fay is. She’s so good at her job and we’re so grateful to work alongside her every day!!!

Woodlawn sweet corn is back!  stop on by the farm this weekend and fill your bags with the best sweet corn in the valley. $10 a dozen. 

And the first round is so plentiful, that it sounds like we’re gonna have freezer corn to offer; comment here if you’d like to reserve some.
