Recently, I had the privilege of catering a private engagement dinner for a wonderful couple as they celebrated one of the most special moments of their lives. The evening was filled with love, laughter, and happiness, and I was truly grateful to help make their celebration memorable.

To make the experience even more special, the couple shared a professional photo taken by their photographer, and I was beyond excited to receive it! Seeing my work become a small part of such a meaningful occasion is one of the many reasons I love what I do.

Today’s customer order was an absolute hit! This delicious homemade vegetable lasagna is loaded with fresh zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, shredded carrots, red, orange, and yellow bell peppers, plus green onions. Then we topped it with our rich garlic cream sauce made with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese for the perfect finishing touch!

I have to admit… this one was AMAZING! 😋

Because of all the wonderful feedback, we’re thinking about adding this to our Wednesday Special lineup. What do you think?
