Hey. We’re Slab & Spice Pizza Co.

We make naturally fermented sourdough pizza, drag way too many ovens around town, and spend an unhealthy amount of time thinking about crust.

This Sunday we’re hanging out at Naked Iguana Brewery, Galveston, TX

We’ve never met a Sunday beer and pizza combo we didn’t like.

Bad news, crust killers… 😭🍕

You only have ONE chance to get your Slab & Spice fix this week! We’re taking a few days off to unplug, disappear into the woods, & spend some much needed family time together. 🌲🔥

That means Friday night at Rob Ray’s Taproom is the ONLY pop-up of the week!

We’ll be firing up the ovens at 5PM serving scratch made sourdough pies until we sell out. So if you’ve been craving the crust, the hot honey, the cheese pulls, or just an excuse to hang out with good people… this is your sign. 👀

Come grab dinner, have a drink, & help send us off into full mountain man mode before we vanish into the wilderness for a few days. 🪵🍕

Growth looks good on us. 🔥

This past year has been a blur of dough trays, late nights, farmers markets, brewery pop ups, burnt fingertips, and figuring it out one service at a time. We started small with a couple ovens, a tent, and a whole lot of belief. Since then we’ve been building systems, refining the craft, upgrading the setup, and learning through every single growing pain along the way.

None of this happens without y’all showing up week after week. Seriously. Every share, every repost, every pizza run, every “you guys should try…” recommendation means more than you know.
